HOW TO UNLOCK IPHONE 5

there's a lot of reason you want to unlock your iphone.
you might need the phone traveling oversea, not wanting to pay roaming fee,unlocking phone will allow you to swap to a prepaid sim card which is in your iphone and you will be able to access and use all your data in your phone.

option 1:

contact your carrier. call your customer service dept and tell them you are travelling oversea and you need to have your phone unlocked. they will process your unlocking and you will get an email confirmation once it's complete. you will need to connect your iphone to itune. first back up all your data to itune,  then you will need to reset your iphone. once the reset is complete you will see this message on itune.
there's a chance that your carrier will not unlock your phone for you due to several reason,if you are still under contract(some carriers), or if you owe them money.

option 2:

  there's few website out there and will charge you a fee of up to $20
if you go to your phone and press *#06#, the phone will give you your serial number, with this serial number , these websites will be able to submit unlock to apple and again you will plug your phone to itune and follow same procedure as above.
